1. Changing the lower scattering to the upper scattering not only has a compact structure, but also solves the defects of the transmission main shaft being too long, the main shaft being easy to break, and the lower bearing being easy to break.

The full bypass cyclone dust collector is used as the finished product collection device, which has an ideal gas and powder separation movement, eliminates the secondary dust phenomenon of the ordinary cyclone dust collector, and the finished product collection efficiency can reach about 93%, while the finished product collection efficiency of the ordinary cyclone dust collector is about 85%.
3. The optimized design of the powder selection area eliminates the influence of the speed ladder in the process of dust-containing gas rising on the classification effect, and the classification accuracy is high.
