1.Sorting principle
Breaking through the traditional process principle of water-washed sand and gravel sorting,the V-type separator and the plane eddy current cage separator are combined to greatly increase the system processing capacity.As the V-type separator is a separator,it has no rotating parts and is made of wear-resistant steel plates.It can classify a large amount of original sand once,and particles larger than a certain particle size directly enter the finished product conveyor belt for transportation.The fine powder in the original sand enters the machine-made sand powder separator with the air flow for secondary sorting.Particles smaller than 0.075mm enter the rotor and are collected by the cyclone dust collector,while some particles larger than 0.075mm fall along the gap between the guide blades and the cage rotor and enter the medium and coarse powder cone for collection.Some particles larger than 0.075mm enter the dynamic separator,and the wind speed decreases due to the change of cross section,and enter the coarse powder collection cone under the action of gravity.Sand and gravel with different modulus requirements can be configured according to user needs.

Technical features
Under working conditions,the speed regulating motor rotates with the drive shaft through the drive device,and the sand and gravel enter the sorting chamber after being processed by the static V-selection device located at the bottom of the sorting chamber,and then falls on the distributor through the channel between the upper and lower cones of the medium and coarse sand collection cone.The distributor rotates with the vertical drive shaft,and the sand and gravel are evenly dispersed to the surroundings under the action of inertial centrifugal force.The dispersed stone is under the action of the high-speed airflow of the circulating fan entering the sorting chamber,and the coarse and heavy particles in the stone are thrown to the inner wall of the sorting chamber under the action of inertial centrifugal force.After the collision,the sand and gravel particles lose kinetic energy and slide down along the wall,falling into the coarse sand collection cone.The remaining sand and gravel particles are rolled up by the rotating rising airflow and pass through the rotating large wind blades.Another part of the coarse sand particles are thrown to the inner wall of the sorting chamber,and after the collision,they lose kinetic energy and slide down along the wall,falling into the coarse sand collector.
After the medium-coarse sand and fine sand pass through the large wind blades,they continue to rise through the vertical guide blades under the action of the rising airflow and enter the secondary sorting area.Under the action of the strong and stable plane vortex formed by the rotating cage rotor,the sand-containing airflow causes the medium-coarse sand to be thrown to the vertical guide blades under the action of centrifugal force and lose kinetic energy,fall into the medium-coarse sand collection cone,and be discharged into the finished product warehouse through the medium-coarse sand pipe.Unqualified fine sand and gravel pass through the cage rotor into its interior,enter the low-resistance cyclone dust collector with the circulating air,and then slide into the fine sand collection cone.
Compared with the traditional powder separator,the machine-made sand powder separator has the following outstanding advantages:
1.It breaks through the original concept of water washing and sorting,and changes the water washing and sorting to direct sorting of dry materials.
2.Divide the original sand into three parts,namely,coarse sand(d>1.25mm),fine sand(75um<d<1.25mm),and stone powder.The coarse sand returns to the crusher,and the medium-coarse sand goes directly into the finished product warehouse.The fine sand powder goes into the fine sand warehouse.
