Denitrification equipment is an environmental protection equipment specially used to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides(NOx)generated during the combustion process.It is widely used in places that emit nitrogen oxides,such as thermal power plants,industrial boilers,steel mills,cement plants,glass plants and chemical plants.The importance of denitrification equipment is self-evident.It can not only effectively reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and protect the environment,but also improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce energy consumption.At the same time,it can meet the requirements of environmental protection regulations,avoid fines and penalties,and enhance corporate image and market competitiveness.
Denitrification equipment mainly treats nitrogen oxides based on two working principles:selective catalytic reduction(SCR)and selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR).SCR technology converts nitrogen oxides into harmless substances such as nitrogen and water vapor by reacting flue gas containing nitrogen oxides with a catalyst.SNCR technology injects diluted liquid ammonia or urea solution into the furnace at high speed,reacts with nitrogen oxides in the furnace at high temperature,and generates nitrogen,carbon dioxide and water to achieve the purpose of denitrification.
Denitrification equipment is mainly composed of a reactor,an ammonia injection system,a flue gas system and a control system.The reactor is the core part of the denitrification equipment and is responsible for realizing the conversion process of nitrogen oxides.The ammonia injection system provides the required reducing agent to promote the conversion of nitrogen oxides.The flue gas system introduces flue gas containing nitrogen oxides into the reactor to contact with the catalyst to achieve the reaction.The control system is responsible for monitoring and adjusting the temperature,pressure,gas flow and other parameters in the reactor to ensure the stability and efficiency of the denitrification process.
