The activated coke desulfurization system consists of an activated coke adsorption desulfurization device, a desorption regeneration system, a desulfurizer delivery system, and a SO2 gas processing system. The desulfurization tower and the regeneration tower are the core of the entire system process.
The flue gas is purified and discharged through the activated coke adsorption desulfurization device, and the activated coke that has adsorbed SO2 to saturation is moved to the desorption regeneration system for heating and regeneration. The high-concentration SO2 mixed gas recovered during the regeneration is sent to the by-product conversion equipment. The desorbed activated coke is screened and sent to the adsorption desulfurization device by the desulfurizer delivery system for adsorption again. The activated coke is recycled and an appropriate amount of fresh activated coke is added as needed. Broken activated coke particles can be used for industrial wastewater purification, etc. The heating method of the regeneration system can be selected according to the specific situation of the owner, such as steam, electric heater, hot air furnace, etc.
