ZH series combined separator is a high-performance separator that integrates coarse powder separation, horizontal vortex powder selection and fine powder separation. It is currently widely used in raw material ring flow grinding systems. The high-concentration dust-containing air from the grinding enters the separator from the lower air duct, and after being rectified by the inner cone, it decelerates and rises along the annular channel between the outer cone and the inner cone. The coarse powder in it slides into the coarse powder collecting barrel along the side wall of the outer cone through gravity sedimentation to achieve gravity sorting. The air after gravity sorting forms a stable horizontal vortex powder selection area between the guide vane and the rotor under the guidance of the guide vane and the rotation of the rotor. The ground material is fed from the separator feed port and evenly spread around by the rotating rotor spreading disc. Due to the blocking effect of the retaining ring, the material is scattered in the powder selection area between the guide vane and the rotor in a dispersed state. The dust particles moving in the powder selection vortex will be affected by gravity, wind and rotating centrifugal force at the same time, so the dust particles with different initial velocities and different particle sizes will have different movement trajectories. The fine and light particles are sucked into the rotor with the air flow and flow through the air distribution chamber into the cyclone dust collector in four ways. Most of the finished fine powder is separated. The air after dust collection is discharged from the exhaust pipe on the cyclone dust collector and enters the next dust collection equipment. The coarse and heavy particles fall down, collect into the coarse powder collecting barrel through the inner cone, and return to the mill for re-grinding. Changing the rotor speed can change the initial velocity of the dust particles and the streamline curvature of the vortex in the powder selection area, which also changes the direction of the wind force and the size of the centrifugal force on the particles, thereby effectively adjusting the fineness of the finished product.
Drawing on international powder selection technology and using air fluid mechanics analysis methods to further optimize the structure and parameters of the ZH series combined separator, our company's ZH series combined separator has a more reasonable internal structure, higher powder selection efficiency and more obvious energy saving effect. Its main features are as follows:
1. Large processing capacity
ZH series modular separator has a much larger processing capacity than other separators of similar size, so it is more suitable for large-scale production. The reasonable structure allows the powder selection air volume, output and feed amount to vary in a large range without affecting the powder selection efficiency, and its classification performance is very stable.
2. Compact structure and multifunctional
ZH series modular separator integrates coarse powder separation, horizontal vortex powder selection and fine powder separation in one, with a compact structure. It can handle a large amount of dust-containing gas and collect most of the finished products, making the configuration of the entire grinding system simpler. The separator comes with a low-resistance cyclone dust collector, which can collect 85% of the qualified finished products, thereby greatly reducing the processing pressure and workload of the next dust collector, making the system operation rate higher and the investment more economical.
3. Simple operation and convenient fineness adjustment
The ZH series combined separator can change the speed of the separator through remote control to adjust the fineness of the product in a large range; the opening of the air guide blade can be easily adjusted to meet the different requirements of air volume, output and fineness without stopping the machine.
4. Low wear and low maintenance cost
The easily worn parts of the ZH series combined separator are made of wear-resistant materials or treated with wear-resistant processes, with low wear rate, long service life and low operating cost.
