Product Description

Coal mill dynamic separator is mainly used as a grading device in the coal powder preparation (grinding) system of cement plants.
The material enters the separator with the air flow from the air inlet pipe 11, reaches the upper part of the shell through the gap between the inner and outer cones, changes direction through the guide blades, forms a rotating air flow and enters the rotor. Under the combined action of the rotating air flow and the rotation of the rotor, the material is sorted. Qualified materials (fine powder) enter the rotor with the air flow, are discharged through the air outlet, and the finished materials are collected by the next dust collection equipment; unqualified materials (coarse powder) are collected by the inner cone of the separator and sent back to the mill through the return chute for recirculation.
Fly ash grinding and sorting process description
The system takes ash from the bottom of the original ash bin, feeds it through a screw feeder, and is weighed by an electronic scale and transported to the grinding head elevator through an air chute. The elevator feeds the separator for sorting before grinding. The sorted coarse ash is sent to the mill feed port through an air chute and enters the ball mill for grinding. The material after grinding contains a large amount of fine ash, which is fed to the separator for sorting again by the elevator. The sorted fine ash is sent to the finished ash warehouse through subsequent conveying equipment. The tail of the mill is equipped with an air box pulse dust collector for mill ventilation and dust removal. The fine ash collected by the dust collector is sent to the finished product warehouse elevator through the air chute arranged at the bottom.
